Cancel & Refund

1. Return

Gamala Ghar does not offer any return policy currently, but in case of a damaged product, a replacement will be provided without returning the plant.


2. Refund 

Refund is applicable only in the case of damaged and dead plants.


Procedure for replacement or refund

  • Send us the photos of damaged plants in our email address. Stickers with plant name, damaged parts of the plant, and stickers of Gamala Ghar must be clearly visible in a single photo. Please note that we deal in perishable items so torn leaves, dead flowers, and withered leaves will not fall in the condition of replacement. It's mandatory to share the images within 24 hrs after the delivery.
  • In case the customer is not able to capture all three details in one photo, as mentioned in 2(a) he/she must send us a video capturing all details (not more than 20 seconds).

After checking all the relevant videos and photos, the Gamala Ghar team will decide whether the case qualifies for refund or replacement. Our first priority will be to provide the replacement; if in case you receive the replacement in damaged or dried condition again, we will initiate the Refund accordingly. The refund takes up to 7 working days to reflect back into the customer's account by which the payment was made.


3. Cancellation

Customers can cancel their order before dispatch, by writing a mail to us or he/she can call 9815090768 from 10:00 am to 6:00 PM (excluding Holidays).
